Summer Discussion Series 2026 June 17th - Tiffany Kuo “Navigating Healthcare as Your Own Advocate: A Guide for Busy Women” Tiffany shared practical strategies for preparing for appointments, advocating for shared decision-making, evidence-based self-care, and a breathwork technique for stressful situations.
July 15th - Jil Littlejohn Bostick “Soul Reset: Staying Grounded Through Purpose, Presence, and Practice”
Jil guided participants through personalized tools drawn from her book to reconnect with purpose and stay grounded amid busy lives. Everyone left the discussion with a personalized Soul Toolkit they can use immediately.
