If there’s one thing the last few years have reminded us of, it’s that the market can change fast! Sometimes faster than we can imagine. We cannot always predict what’s going to happen but that doesn’t mean we cannot be prepared. We saw a big boom for RV dealers throughout 2021 and even with the industry levelling off this year, one thing is for sure: in 2023, continued focus on giving your customers a better experience is always a wise investment. Regardless of what happens throughout the business cycle, technology is a resource that can be leveraged to help you overcome challenges and help you continually improve your customer experience. How you use technology and where you focus your efforts may just need to shift depending on the circumstances.
